Welcome to the Extraordinary Development Website, where many people, like yourself, are developing their human skills for the benefit of their organizations, communities and societies.

Participants. Please log into the system by accessing 'participants' in the login menu above. Your program code has two parts - a code and suffix. Both are necessary to get to the right program. If you have more than one program and you do not put in the program codes, you will be offered a menu of programs from which you can choose.

Respondents. You have been requested to rate one or more participants. Please log into the system by accessing 'respondents' in the login menu above. A list of participants who have requested you to rate them will be shown. You can rate each participant and return to the Respondent Index Page to choose the next one. You can stop part way through rating a participant if you need to. The system will remember where you were and will allow you to complete the ratings later.
