Our primary instrument is a highly sophisticated and customizable 360º participant assessment engine that allows for clients and distributors to completely control the content and customization of the instrument. Distributors can customize the instrument to measure their own models, competencies and questions. End-user/clients can customize the assessment tool to meet whatever they desire to measure. Our standard template uses the Miller-Hedley Taking the Helm Model™, which you can customize and use or replace with one of your own.

We also offer several additional assessment tools designed to assess teams, organizations or populations. Each of these can be customized by end-users or distributors and are typically priced by the program, with no individual participant fees. We gather the data and provide you an analysis and report, all included in the one price. Customizable templates include:
